HEI supplied a turn-key wastewater treatment system to remove oil and grease, toxic metals and suspended solids. HEI designed and manufactured the following:

1. Lift stations with collection pit agitation
2. Chemical conditioning
3. Two (2) 26 foot dissolved air flotation units
4. Sludge thickener, 12’ x 24’
5. One (1) HEI 100 cubic feet filter press
6. Lime solo with lime slurry make-up system
7. Central PLC control with computerized colorgraphic presentation of process parameter using SCADA system
