3. Four (4) HEI sludge thickeners
4. 16 additional tanks
5. Work platforms & catwalks
6. Two (2) HEI 1,200 gpm oil water separators
7. One (1) VOC air stripper
8. One (1) VOC carbon adsorption unit
9. One (1) aquifer granular activate carbon adsorption system
10. Two (2) 1,600 gpm dissolved air flotation systems
11. Two (2) 500 gpm chromate reduction systems
12. One (1) automatic deoiling system
13. One (1) automatic lime system
14. Two (2) automatic batch treatment systems
15. 76 @ pump systems of varying sizes
16. One (1) computerized central control system to interface with all instruments and automatically control all pumps and mixers, etc. SCADA control.

The system is fully automatic and controlled by one central computer with colorgraphic presentation of all process parameters, instrument alarms, pumps, mixer and related equipment.

This is the largest totally integrated system HEI has manufactured. It is indicative of HEI’s current capability and an indication of the future market.
