HEI
provided four major sections of this project:
- Electroplating tanks and related equipment
- Wastewater treatment equipment, 200 gpm
- Control & instrumentation for the electroplating
facility - SCADA control
- Control & instrumentation for the wastewater treatment
facility - SCADA control
Bonded Project. HEI supplied 182 various electroplating
tanks and equipment - including, stainless steel tank, PVC
lined tank, PVDF lined tanks and PP lined tanks.
The contract and instrumentation system is the brain of
the project. Twelve individual stand-alone computers are
connected through a data highway system to a central unit
with monitoring and programming capability. A colorgraphic
monitor provides a colorgraphic presentation of all process
parameters.
